Since our formation in 2004, Power
System Projects Ltd. (PSProjects) has worked alongside numerous client organisations and their supplers, assisting with the
development of EHV connections, asset replacement schemes and infrastructure upgrades. PSProjects specialise in the procedural
workings of National Grid and as such National Grid subcontracted a large portfolio of projects for us to manage through the
feasibility and development phases.
Specialist design areas such as process management, design control, audit and Design Intent Documentation can be
managed by PSProjects Ltd. and by working alongside the designers and project managers of the client and supplier organisations,
full integrated project solutions can be more effectively managed.

Training can be provided for engineers and managers involved in the power business with courses ranging
from project management skills through to commissioning activities.
In 2008/09/10 over 300 transmission
Project and Site Managers attended our training workshops as part of their preparation for the National Grid TP144 authorisation.
Other training specialities include a National Grid documentation familiarisation day for substation designers and Project
Engineers who wish to increase their knowledge of National Grid's documentation systems. In 2009 we were commissioned
to by National Grid to write and deliver training material for their foundation engineering modules, which we have now
delivered to over 40 National Grid young engineers.
CDM training can also be provided.
